BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance (though it is not a dance class) and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching also balance the method’s unique approach. The precision-oriented technique focuses mainly on small, isolated movements within deeply held and challenging postures. BarreAmped is proven to increase metabolism, burn fat, and lengthen tight muscles. With commitment to the technique, you get recognizable results exactly where you want them.
BarreAmped Fire is our toughest class. It relies heavily on the client’s proven technique, flexibility, & strength. It includes full range of motion moves, quick transitions, elements of cardio, and advanced dynamic stretching. Prepare to Shake and Shake to Change! A minimum of at least 10 BarreAmped classes is recommended before entering this class.
A combination of intense cardio with strength training in every class. But don't let this class intimidate you. The Fitness Barre's Boot Camp! is intended for every skill level because there are different moderations for every exercise. Make this class what you need it to be for YOU. Do you need a high intensity workout for the day, then push yourself to your capabilities or take it easier with the modifications for a great total body workout! However you choose to train, Boot Camp! is a fun and effective solution to fitness using tabata style training methods with the latest fitness equipment and music!
Gentle Yoga is a great place for those who just want to take it slower. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and working with the joints. Gentle yoga brings balance to a hectic schedule, and classes are appropriate for students with limitations.
Power Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session.
