Tess has been working in the fitness industry since early 2013. After working at an investment bank in Boston for three years, she decided to make a career change to her true passion – health and fitness. She has earned several group exercise certifications, and is continually pursuing educational opportunities to further grow in her career.

Kristin Wilson

Kristin Wilson is a Registered Yoga Teacher, trained in vinyasa yoga at Yoga Vida in New York City and is excited to bring a yoga practice to your life. She has been cultivating her personal yoga practice for over ten years. Kristin has a Masters in Genetics, BS in Biochemistry, and BA in Chemistry from North Carolina State University. She has been a scientist and science teacher before becoming a yoga instructor. She is interested in the science of yoga and healthy alignment. She loves the scientific benefits that yoga and exercise can offer the mind and the body. Kristin enjoys being outside, trying out new restaurants, and is obsessed with her Kindle.

Bina Fyok

Bina Fyock has been a NSCA certified personal trainer since 2000. Bina is also a certified TRX Suspension Trainer as well as a certified Pilates instructor. Her philosophy is that education never ends, and she is continually striving to keep up with the latest in fitness innovations to offer her clients the most effective and challenging workouts while maintaining joint health and integrity.
